We are pleased to inform that Dominik Skoczek has been appointed as the new Director of SFP – ZAPA as of February 2018. As an attorney-at-law he has been cooperating with ZAPA for several years now, acting as the general counsel of ZAPA. He is an expert on copyright, media and film law. He held several positions including the director of the Legal Department and the director of the Intellectual Property and Media Department in the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage as well as acting as a legal advisor at ITI Group and at the public broadcaster TVP S.A. »
At the beginning of January the first director of SFP-ZAPA, Ryszard Kirejczyk, retired. In the mid-90s he created the organization from scratch, and then managed it for over 20 years. During this time, ZAPA became one of the best-performing collective management organizations in Poland and in the world. »
