Polish Filmmakers Association - ZAPA The Union of Authors and Audiovisual Producers (ZAPA) at the Polish Filmmakers Association is the largest organization in Central and Eastern Europe for the collective management of copyright and related rights to audiovisual works. We are currently seeking individuals for the following positions:
Workplace: Warsaw
Job description:
- Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements;
- Consulting the collected requirements with the development team for feasibility;
- Validating final versions of requirements with users, developers and software testers;
- Managing change of requirements at later stages of software production;
- Recommendation on the architecture of built solutions;
- Pricing the cost of planned work;
- Preparation of prototypes of proposed changes;
- Development of IT systems according to requirements;
- Conducting development tests of delivered solutions;
- Writing automated tests (using Selenium WebDriver library);
- Preparing technical and user documentation of delivered solutions;
- Supporting internal testing, external testing, UAT for debugging;
- Preparation of implementation materials;
- Managing development environments (SQL Server / Windows Server / IIS / SVN / Bitbucket);
- Ongoing status reporting of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years' experience in a similar position;
- University degree in IT or related field;
- Ability to quickly learn the company's IT processes and systems;
- Excellent communication skills with both users and technical people;
- Assertiveness and creativity within ongoing analysis and architecture planning;
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQLServer, T-SQL, database optimization / performance issues;
- Knowledge of .NET Framework / C# / MVC / Telerik technologies;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Reporting Services;
- Efficiency, timeliness and good quality of solutions delivered;
- Very good work organization.

- Preparing test cases for automated testing;
- Programming and executing automated tests (Selenium WebDriver / JAVA / Cucumber);
- Planning and execution of manual tests;
- Performing technical, functional, performance tests;
- Technical analysis of errors encountered (MS T-SQL);
- Reporting progress of internal and UAT tests;
- Error management, coordination of cooperation between UAT testers and developers;
- Management of test environment (Jenkins / JIRA / SQL Server / IIS);
- Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

- Ability to think analytically;
- Accuracy, conscientiousness and patience;
- Knowledge of tools that support test case and error management (JIRA);
- Programming skills - knowledge of JAVA to create automated tests;
- Very good knowledge of MS T-SQL;

- Ability to quickly learn the company's IT processes and systems, including SQL level;
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical / UAT testing;
- Ability to communicate with both users and technical people;
