On Monday, August 21, as scheduled, we began payments to producers for re-emissions in 2022.
SFP-ZAPA, the leading authority in the collective management of copyrights, is pleased to announce the commencement of royalty payments to Polish producers for re-emissions in 2022. As per the scheduled disbursement, nearly 50 million zlotys will be distributed to the accounts of Polish producers, recognizing their invaluable contributions to the industry.
The payments cover works rebroadcast by all cable and satellite operators throughout 2022, as well as in previous years. Noteworthy are the agreements forged by SFP-ZAPA with previously unsettled rebroadcasters, ensuring all rightful dues are now being distributed.
Producers can expect to see the credited amounts in their accounts within the next few days, marking a significant milestone in recognizing their creative endeavours.
